BIM & REVIT modeling at the core of our approach
Within this framework, all our models are developed using REVIT, the reference BIM tool.

This methodology offers numerous advantages:

• clear and accurate visualization of installations from the design phase onward;
• early detection of clashes between special techniques and other trades;
• optimized spatial coordination, reducing unforeseen issues during execution;
• better control of timelines and costs thanks to fewer errors and rework;
• full traceability and easy updating of technical data;
• simplified building operation and maintenance due to the richness of information embedded in the BIM model.

However, the quality and accuracy of the modeling depend on the information provided. For complete 3D modeling, an architectural model (ideally in RVT format rather than IFC) is essential. Finishing and special techniques models, when available, also represent a major asset for optimal coordination.

In their absence, we adapt our approach by producing simplified 2D views based on the provided AutoCAD 2D drawings.
